Product Overview
SZG double-cone rotating vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying unit that is developed by our company on the basis of combining with technologies of like products. The dryer is provided with two-level elastic connection mode of belt and chain so as to runs smoothly. The tools with special design fully reflect good concentricity of two shafts. The rotary joint with American technology is adopted on the heat medium and vacuum system.
As a professional manufacturer of drying equipment, our company offers over one hundred sets of drying equipment. The heating media such as heat conducting oil at high temperature, steam at middle temperature and hot water at low temperature are available to our products.
Installation demonstration
Performance characteristics
◎ oil heating. Using automatic temperature control. Can be dried biochemical products
◎ and mineral raw materials, the temperature can be between 20 ~ 160 o C.
◎ High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than normal oven.
◎ Indirect heating. The material will not be contaminated and meet the "GMP" requirements. Equipment maintenance is simple and easy to clean.
◎ Recommended process placement demonstration solvent recovery process placement.
