Disposal Face Mask Production Machine
The production line realizes the fully automated production of flat masks, mainly including coil material feeding, folding and pressing, nose bridge tendon material feeding, mask forming, mask cutting, ear band feeding and welding, and finished product unloading. The entire production process to the finished mask. The produced masks are comfortable to wear, no pressure, good filtering effect of the masks, fit the face shape of people, and can be used in medical, electronics, mining, construction and other industries.
The line is controlled by PLC and touch screen. The main conveyor is conveyed by single-phase motor.
The Main Function
The production line of this equipment is mainly composed of a main body machine, a flap conveying line and two ear band welding machines. After the main body machine outputs the mask body, the mask body sheet is conveyed to the turning mechanism by a conveyor belt structure. The reversing mechanism is used to flip the mask plate onto the belt connected to the ear band machine, and then the mask sheet is conveyed to the front of the ear band machine by the conveyor belt, and the mask sheet is placed on the ear band machine by pressing down the cylinder. In the faceplate of the mask, the earband welding of the mask is subsequently completed by the earband machine, thereby completing the production of a flat outer earband mask product. The automatic line layout is as shown below, and the whole line is a one-for-two structure.

The high-speed fully automatic one-to-two mask machine is a fully automatic disposable flat mask production equipment.

Introduction of Plane Masks:

1. Semi-automatic production process:
Requires a flat mask film making machine and at least two pieces of ear band welding machine.

The flat mask is a combination of a mask body and an earband. Traditional mask equipment refers to the body machine that is responsible for forming and playing the mask body and the earband machine that is responsible for welding the earband. The efficiency of the body machine is high (120-150 Piece / minute), the ear band welding machine is relatively low (40--60 pieces / minute). In order to achieve the perfect match of the output of the body machine and the ear band welding machine, we generally recommend a body machine to customers with 2 to Three ear band welding machines. In a fully automatic integrated device, generally one mask body machine is also connected to two or three ear band welding machines.
