Sinofiltec stainless steel folded filter elements are made of stainless steel components, including end caps. Center tube and braided wire mesh or metal fiber sintered felt. Precision braided stainless steel wire mesh or metal fiber sintered felt folds provide positive particle size cutoff, completely eliminating media migration as downstream pollution sources.
Characteristics:
The filter is a braided wire mesh made of fine-drawn stainless steel, a fine-woven micro-mesh cloth or a micron-sized metal fiber sintered felt usually used as a control layer, and a coarse braided mesh is usually used as a reinforcing layer or a support layer for fold filter elements. It has the characteristics of high strength and high temperature structure stability. It is suitable for most solutions for fluids and gases in high-temperature and high-flow-rate applications. The ideal choice is to be used in harsh environments.
